Hi Ashley,

TVCC does not currently have a formal IRB process either but I am in the 
process of developing one. I can share it with you once I have a draft. 
Contracting with a college/university/private consultant sounds a good idea too 
that I am curious about.

RCC currently has an informal IRB process. We require official studies from 
outside the college to have IRB approval from their associated organization. 
For internal sorts of studies, both the VP of Student Affairs and I review the 
project.  We hope to become more formalized soon.

Hi IR Fam!

We are currently refining the support provided for research activities among 
faculty and staff at CCC. To that end, I am looking into developing protocols 
internally and am also researching the possibility of contracting with a 
college/university/private consultant to fulfill our currently minimal IRB 
needs. In a typical year, we see less than a dozen research requests, and most 
of those would not qualify as both human subjects and research.

I've already reached out to a few consultants. If your college's IRB may be 
interested in providing services on contract for CCC, can you please connect me 
with whoever runs your IRB?
