Have any of you applied for Title V HSI (Hispanic Serving Institution)
eligibility?



RCC is looking into this, I need more than a vague definition of how to
calculate that 25% - what group are we counting?  I do see where they gave
a calcuation for PT students, but that's all I can find.



Any help would be greatly appreciated -
