In case anyone did not receive this that needs it - see below (in my case, it
went to Laurie and not me, and I'm the one that has been pestering them for it
for weeks...) - please note below that the 7th digits for the MTM's are NOT all
"&" as Olga at first had notified many of us; changes are below.

I could see that many of you that I know did receive it, I'm just not sure who
might've been missed given the haphazard way this was communicated.
