Good morning – we asked as well and the response is below regarding the file 
format (the new data columns will be inserted rather than appended to the file 
format).  I have also attached the





1)      For all student files in this reporting cycle, we should plan to add 
two fields:  gender_x, and sexorient, per the attached .xlsx file we received 
in the spring.  Regarding the data structure, will the new fields be appended 
to the end or the existing structure, or inserted in the middle as suggested by 
the spreadsheet?



The file structure is exactly like described in the spreadsheet.

Hi, Beth!



The new calendar is up on the system - yesterday was supposed to be the opening 
of the window, but the system wasn't open yesterday ( I checked multiple times).



I only knew the calendar was there because I've been bugging Olga for it - she 
said in an email last week that she would send an all colleges email that day, 
but I haven't seen anything, and clearly, you haven't either.



I emailed Olga again this morning to ask her for an update on the 
documentation, and to let her know I'd not seen an all colleges email.

probably when they came to a meeting and said this was what was being proposed.



I do see that the system is open as of this morning, but since Student is
