Very birdy at the delta this morning, had fos BLACK HEADED GROSBEAK, WARBLING
VIREO, and YELLOW WARBLER. At the " bird blind" ( at the end of the trail east
to the columbia river), there were five species of warblers filling the air
with song, including ORANGE CROWNED, WILSON'S, NASHVILLE, COMMON YELLOWTHROAT
and YELLOW RUMPED. Also on the shore were 10 LEAST SANDPIPERS. Had a couple of
BLACK THROATED GREY WARBLERS on the way out for a total of seven warbler
species, very nice!
Full report on ebird.
Happy birding! Brad.
