A customer came into Wild Birds Unlimited of Bend today and showed
Mariena Swarens a picture of a strange bird visiting her hummingbird
feeders. She seems to want the location kept private and the Wild Birds
people respected that wish (as do we). She was able, however to get a
photo. The bird appears to be a Hooded Oriole. This is only the 7th
time this species has been seen in Central Oregon.
