Last week, Nov 9th, we heard a new member application from Giles Chevrier,
cellar master at Rollingdale Winery. Giles is applying for the business
brief "Wine".

My apologies for not sending this email out more promptly last week. I seem
to always remember this little task the night before our next meeting.
