him at the beach in a Speedo!! Not sure who was blushing more. Great to have

I am giving inserts each week from our charter. No particular reason other
than membership education.
CHANGING A BUSINESS BRIEF
1. A member wishing to modify or completely change their business brief may
apply for membership under that modified or changed business brief by
submitting a completed application form that sets out the proposed new
business brief as well as any trade references related to the proposed new
business brief.
2. The Executive reviews the proposed new business brief and the Membership
Director, in consultation with the Executive, negotiates with the member as
necessary to arrive at a business brief of optimal benefit to the OBE, i.e.
one that: a) Does not unreasonably conflict with any other member's business
brief; and
b) Is narrowed so as to not unreasonably exclude other potential businesses
from the OBE, but is not so narrow as to unreasonably restrict the products
or services the member will be permitted to promote within the OBE.
3. Once a proposed new business brief has been agreed on between Executive
and the member, at a meeting: a) The member hands out the written component
and delivers the three minute presentation aspect of their application for
membership under the proposed new business brief; and
b) The membership is directed to contact the Membership Director with any
concerns they may have with regard to the anticipated induction of the
member with the proposed new business brief at the following meeting.
4. The Membership Director contacts the applicant's trade references related
to the proposed new business brief (if any) and the Executive considers the
application in light of any concerns raised by the membership and makes a
binding determination on whether or not the application will be approved.
5. A member changing his or her business brief does not lose his or her
ranking on the Membership List.
