1. Give blood if you can. It may save someone you know. Important if you can
give blood, please do so before the end of December. We are only short 6
pints to meet our goal.
2. 45 Referrals this morning. 34st and 11 3rd.
4 . For those of you that are not on the website, contact Sarah at Navigator
Multimedia  <mailto:sarah@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> sarah@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  I see that
some of the new members do not have their information updated.
5. Thanks to everyone for coming out early for the breakfast. Thanks to
Debra (King Pool & Spa) for doing the cleaning up.
6. Something that you may not know. Please read below. If you want
clarification please let me know and I will do so.

XIV. EXPENDITURES OF THE OBE 1. Financial expenditures by the OBE in excess
of two hundred dollars shall be made only by agreement of 2/3 of the
Executive.
2. When the OBE as an organization purchases products or services from a
member of the OBE, the pricing of the products or services by the member
must be such that the member does not profit from the transaction, though
the member is not expected to suffer a loss, either. For example: a) The
pricing for products and services shall be the actual cost of providing the
products and services, inclusive of the actual amounts paid by the member to
obtain the product for, or provide the service to, the OBE as well as
reasonable compensation for the member's labour.
b) The pricing should not include overhead expense that would be incurred
regardless of whether or not the product or service was provided to the OBE.

c) The member would be entitled to charge profits that would otherwise have
been earned by the member if the member did not provide the product or
service to the OBE.
