Perhaps we could do an education session on how to respond to the one person
who sent the email. I would be happy to give up my 10 min. presentation time.
I am serious about this, as I am not even sure what works or not.

Okay so I have been having problems with my email skills! Hopefully you
all get this.
Just a reminder that this year we are going to be adding something a
little extra to the New Member Bags.
We would like to get a little something from those members of the OBE to
put in the bags.
Please don’t feel like you need to but if you would like to add
something could you please bring 12 of whatever you want to the next
meeting.
If you could just let me know if you are interested that would be great
cause then I can put you on my list so I do not miss anyone.
