Hi Karen,
My apologies but I am not prepared nor able to prepare a presentation in the 
near future. Please feel free to allow Paul or anyone else to fill my spot.
I truly thought my presentation was scheduled in the fall. I obviously didn’t 
read the memo. This time of year I am working 12 plus hours a day and no end in 
sight. Much as I like OBE, it already cuts into my work duties more than I 
would like and my free time is very limited.
With a meeting going to be missed, I would hate to delay Paul’s presentation 
any further and as Co-chair I gladly offer my spot for him to use.

Figures… the guy from Planet Earth gets bumped by Mother Nature!

My speech will run about 15 min so prob wouldn’t work to have two the same 
week. Having said that, I am locked, loaded and ready to go, so wondering if I 
can switch up with someone sooner rather than later as if I have to wait till 
October, what I am going to say will lose a lot of relevance. Any takers?

Hi Everyone – the speakers for tomorrow were Paul Marios (10 minute) and we 
didn’t have a 3 minute.
Paul, the next 10 minute we have open is Oct 18th.  Melissa, I told you that 
you were Oct 18th but that spot was open and I actually had you in June 28th, I 
just missed it on the sheet as it carried over to the next page.
If you want to switch with Paul, Paul would  be June 28th and you would be Oct 
18th.
Next week is Jerry Mugridge for 10 min and Gary Gylytuik for 3 min.

Hi Everyone

Jerry and I think it would be wise at this time to cancel tomorrow's meeting 
because of the flooding at the Yacht Club. The Club itself is okay but the road 
to get there is not. We would have to go to Gorman's turn left and then follow 
the back road down, but they are also working on the road between the Cove and 
the Yacht club and there are lengthy delays. We were thinking of moving to 
another location but think this would just confuse things further. I will put a 
notice on the door showing we are cancelled. We can make up a meeting or two in 
July and August.
