DEVOPS. Just push a button and update production. Do it often. If
something does not work, no problem, just update again. And if
you automate the database updates then there is no need to deal with the
DBA and have to explain why cascading object invalidation is not important
or worry about exporting data before mass non-normal update processes run,
or any other insignificant concerns that DBA's express.
