Members! The Office of Information Services, which provides IT service to
DHS and OHA, has offered to give a presentation on IT
Processes...specifically how they implemented mature processes for IT
Change Management, Incident Management, and Systems Development Lifecycle.
Are there others who would be interested in joining them in a panel
discussion? Do you have a general IT process development story to tell, or
a specific process in your IT shop that you'd be willing to share? If so,
let's hear about it!
