It is OPEN ACCESS with printable PDF. The CDC was made aware of this many
times previously but have chosen to ignore it. Perhaps they will respond
better to a barrage of social media concern. PLEASE DISTRIBUTE WIDELY! My
hope is to have them correct this or remove it. I plan to develop a blog
with a cross link as a Holiday Gift. Thank you in advance for your
cooperation to improve patient safety.
