A member would like to know if any hospital/health-system is using a methadone
software program for the following purposes:
• Real-Time inventory tracking
o Waste, Return, Spillage and exception dosing
• Medication and Dispensing History
• Patient attendance tracking
• Ability to track patients moving from one facility to another and
continue therapy with duplication of dosing
• Electronic Ordering with Automated Buildup and Detox/Titrate Ordering
o Dispensing Schedule
• Tracking of multiple medications (i.e. Methadone and Suboxone)
• Automated dispensing of Liquid Medication
• Interface capabilities
