A member would like to know if any hospital/health-system is using a methadone
software program for the following purposes:
· Real-Time inventory tracking
o Waste, Return, Spillage and exception dosing
· Medication and Dispensing History
· Patient attendance tracking
· Ability to track patients moving from one facility to another and
continue therapy with duplication of dosing
· Electronic Ordering with Automated Buildup and Detox/Titrate Ordering
o Dispensing Schedule
· Tracking of multiple medications (i.e. Methadone and Suboxone)
· Automated dispensing of Liquid Medication
· Interface capabilities
