[nvda-addons] Re: requesting review of switchSynth

Shift is very confortable to me: control+shift+NVDA. Even better than
control+NVDA, because I use caps loc as a modifier key.
I used control+NVDA for managing columns since I believe that this key
was previously used for this.
I don't mind to change eMule keystroke and use control+shift+1.
Personally I don't care too much about changing keystrokes, perhaps
because I frequently use different keyboard layouths in my job.
People can decide.
