[nvda-addons] nvSpeechPlayer 2014.6.4 ready for testing

Hi all,
NVSpeechPlayer 2014.6.4 can be found here:

Notable changes:
* nvSpeechPlayer no longer skips any text after an ellipsis, and no
longer starts speaking random letters after that point.
* k before j no longer sounds like both k and j are j. E.g. blackjack
sounded like blaj jack.
* frication of voiced consonants is a little louder and k is more
resonant. Hopefully this may improve differenciation of g/d g/b, k/t/p.
* It is now possible to pause speech with NVDA's pause command (shift).
