Could the long delay be due to a system in the program using hard drive as virtual memory perhaps?

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Guys, I'm developing an nvda add-on for Kaspersky internet Security and Kaspersky Antivirus. I'm using kis 15.0.0.463 in Windows 7 64-bit and the latest master snapshot of nvda. I did the following improvements: - - Certain List items are displayed correctly (including their column headers); this affects to lists like the trusted programs, the reports, the firewall's rules etc. See the avplistviewitem and avpdataitem classes for more details - - all buttons are relabeled because some of them where unlabeled and some where labeled with placeholder texts like kasperskylab.ui.platform.flatviewmodel.button; see the avpunlabeledbutton class for more details. this add-on also works with the latest kis 2014 stable release. Known issues: - - Whenever you tab to an edit field, kis/nvda seem to hang and in the users\all users\kaspersky lab folder kis generates a huge *.enc1 file (probably a dump of some internals of kis). after 10 or 15 Secons, the edit field is finally focussed. I don't believe that this is an nvda issue because this also happens when using Jaws. This issue doesn't occur when you don't use any screen reader. the source code is available at https://bitbucket.org/dave090679/avp happy testing, happy forking, happy cloning Dave -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iD8DBQFTlAWAV4rx7UQtOrMRAhrhAJ4mhhWbHF2WB1F0OQjg7IhqvsBv4gCeIWrJ rMtm8SX/D8q2DgD8AYsBVWE= =GGxc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ---------------------------------------------------------------- NVDA add-ons Central: A list for discussing NVDA add-ons To post a message, send an email to nvda-addons@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.To unsubscribe, send an email with the subject line of "unsubscribe" (without quotes) to nvda-addons-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.If you have questions for list moderators, please send a message to nvda-addons-moderators@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.Community addons can be found here: http://addons.nvda-project.org
