[nvda-addons] getting path of nvda.exe

Hi all,
Is there a simple way to get the nvda.exe path?
I found installer.getInstallPath(), but it's not a solution, because if
you have portable and installed version of NVDA, and execute that method
from the portable version, you obtain the path of installed version, not
None instead.
