[nvda-addons] Re: New nvSpeechPlayer build 2014.6.2

I'm listening to it with the rate set at 41. It's too slow for my liking at 40, 
and too fast at 42. That was the first thing I adjusted after I activated it.

I've worked out what some of the settings do now, but there are many that don't 
seem to do anything at first, though I admit I didn't leave the dialogue while 
I was fiddling in case I wanted to revert something back to the default 
setting. A mini-guide for what the various sliders do to the sound would be 
appreciated. :)
