Ah I see what you mean now, yes, some things seem to get it a bit muddled up. I don't know enough about this sort of thing to know if the problem is the phonemes or the rules for using them, but I'd suggest a bit of both. It has that nasal sound of Eloquence, which I find very hard to understand in any case, though the phonemes are better in that synth.
