[nvda-addons] Control Usage Assistant 2.0 beta and release plan

Hi add-on writers, translators and users,
All features for CUA 2.0 has been added. So after a few days,
we'll start beta testing phase (including breaking the add-on;
just joking, but meant it).
The latest development version can be found at:
https://bitbucket.org/nvdaaddonteam/controlusageassiant
From there, go to downloads and download the add-on file.
At this point, translatable strings are not froofen - this means
you can submit change request for strings. If you want some
messages to be modified, please tell us before beta 2.
For translators and testers: here's the CUA 2.0 release plan:
* Beta 1: August 14, 2013. At that point, all features will be
frozen (no more new features unless bugs emerge). I'll also
update the add-ons page entry to include new features for 2.0.
* Beta 2: August 28, 2013. After that point, translatable
strings will be frozen so that translators can work on finalizing
the messages (take some time to test the beta 1).
* Release candidate: About two weeks after beta 2. At that
point, critical "show stopper" bugs will be fixed and
translations will be committed.
* Release: September 17-21, 2013.
* Minor 2 series releases: mostly translation updates and minor
message updates, if any.
