I don't know if Windows clipboard can be trated as a file. It's not done
in api.py/copyToClip() function, included in NVDA's core.

I prefer we follow our processes. We can wait a longer time to ensure
the add-on can be tested widely from our website.
Furthermore, it contains minor changes and the MSG plugin, included by
myself from other add-on, and we must ensure our add-ons quality in the
community website.
If we upload the development version today, I suggest 27 december to
release the stable version if possible.
Thank you for the revision, as well as Mesar, Alberto, Dinakar TD and
Him Prasad Gautam for their suggestion about shortcuts, a new add-on name...
