[nvda-addons] Add-ons to update

Hi, I'm looking the add-ons reviewed by me, and there are four with
translations not updated in the binary file:
- BitChe.
- NoBeepsSpeechMode.
- UnicodeBrailleInput.
- FocusHighlight.
- I'm going to update the minor version of this add-ons including the
corresponding translations.
