Thanks Derek,I hope they do as you suggest. Following this morning's phonecall, I emptied my inbox, deleted items and recycling bin. I then went away for some hours and have just returned to find no email or call from ntnm although several other messages have arrived safely. Watch this space...

Hi Huw. Just an idea! Ask for a paper to be sent manually. if that works, then nothing wrong with your in-box. I will let you know more. Huw.-----Original Message----- From: Dan Roche

It cannot just be shoddy bookkeeping but it certainly is a bit boring. Huw.-----Original Message----- From: stephen evans

Hi Derek, Yes they should have done that and they should have e-mailed you before cutting the service. Hi Dan Yes hope so. I did have direct debit set-up with Talking News Papers. Plus a direct debit with RNIB. So there is no excuse for this, they could have, and should have, direct debited me for the subscription. Hi All It seems RNIB pulled plug on me because they said I had not paid my subscriptions. However, the truth is I had a direct debit set up with Talking news papers, so surely RNIB must have had all the records, so could have direct debited me. Note also I have direct debit set up for my Braille magazines, and anything else I pay order. So surely RNIB could have automatically direct debited me. Regards, Derek
