Subject: [ntnm] Update: Saturday Daily Telegraph and strange characters
appearing in HTML

Good morning,

I am writing to apologise for the issue with Saturday's Daily Telegraph,
dated 27 June.

The publisher sent us a corrupted file, which we have been unable to
recover. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

On a positive note, we have been able to fix a recent issue where some
strange characters were appearing in the HTML versions of some magazines and
newspapers. We will continue to monitor for any further errors.

If you have any further queries regarding your subscription, please email
newsagent@xxxxxxxxxxx or contact our Helpline: 0303 123 9999.

Best wishes,

Louisa - RNIB Newsagent.
