Subject: [ntnm] SpeakOn NTNM support

Hello all

SpeakOn has many advanced features yet it is designed to be easy to
use. Like everything else it helps if one knows what he is doing.

All the information for either upgrading SpeakOn from an old version or
using SpeakOn for the first time is included in the Announcement page:
http://www.speakon.org.uk/SpeakOn/MediaSuite/public/docs-r/Announcement.html

Following a question here I have added a link to the Announcement page
describing adding and removing plug-ins; After you started SpeakOn for
the first time following an installation you need to add the 'NTNM
eText' plug-in as it is not installed by default.

Regarding further support I will be happy to answer questions which
would benefit others on this list, other users who know SpeakOn no
doubt can help too.

If you have a specific question you are welcome to contact me directly
by email at:
speakon@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I am a private individual who develop SpeakOn in his free time. I am not
a professional manual writer but I try to make the SpeakOn docs as clear
as I can.
I do not mind supporting people who have a reasonable understanding of
computers but I do not have the resources to support more basic users.

I suggested to RNIB that if they think that SpeakOn MediaSuite would be
of benefit to NTNM users they might consider supporting it with their
support team; I will be happy to supply their support team with all the
information they need. It is up to them.

Regards
Isaac
