The fact remains service has gone down since RNIB took over the
talking news paper services.
I bet if you did a check on both access-uk and
bcab you will find this is true.

We will look into the multiple sends first thing tomorrow, and stop
them! We thought we had resolved the intermittent issue with
multiple sends of the same edition, so disappointing that it's
appeared again.
