Subject: [ntnm] RNIB Newsagent currently blocked for BT Internet email users
Good afternoon,
We have received feedback that Newsagent subscribers with BT internet email
addresses are not receiving their newspapers and magazines by email.
Investigation has shown that BT internet service provider has blocked emails
sent from RNIB email addresses due to the volume of emails originating from
RNIB earlier this week.
Emails to other service providers are, to our knowledge, unaffected but if you
have also failed to receive your usual titles by email to non BT Internet email
addresses please let us know.
We have raised this issue with BT technical support teams and are working to
get this resolved.
