James, thanks so much for keeping everyone up-to-date.
I’m sure that it’s probably not as easy as non-technical people may think to
identify the cause of a problem like this, and I’m very grateful for your
efforts to sort things out.

Subject: [ntnm] RNIB Newsagent: Update on Newspapers
Good afternoon,
I wanted to keep you all informed about our investigations and activities
around RNIB Newsagent sending out the newspapers consistently and in a timely
manner.
Our colleagues in IT are developing and testing revisions to how our systems
receive the newspaper files from our newspaper supplier. We have already
implemented a part of these revisions but haven’t completed all the work yet
while we are running further tests.
If the system does glitch on the first run, there is an additional check in
place to try again but this can mean the newspapers arrive later than you are
used to.
We are actively working on this and would rather you know what is happening
directly from us.
Kind regards, James
