Hi James,
When the e-mail service went down in the passed and over this weekend, i’ve
been getting papers for Derek off the web and e-mailing them to him. Is it ok
to do this?
Also the service crashed on sat morning and not in the afternoon as you said as
I didn’t get any papers after say 8am.

Subject: [ntnm] Newsagent emailer issues over the weekend
Good morning,
Please accept an apology from the Newsagent team. The emailer system stopped
working on Saturday and no emails went out from Saturday afternoon. The system
has been rebooted and emails are starting to flow through. Saturday and Monday
titles have emailed and we are watching for the Sunday titles to appear in due
course.
Our first priority was to get the system back up and running however we want to
determine the cause(s) behind this failure and determine what was easily
avoidable and what requires more scrutiny.
Let me repeat our apologies from the Newsagent team. We hope to have every
missing item out to you asap.
Kind regards, James
