Hi Alison
Thank you very much for the update. It would appear that the BT problem has
been resolved at present. E-Mailed papers are now coming through again.
My alternat e-mail address is chris52james@xxxxxxxxx which I use to monitor
problems with the e-mail paters from RNIB Newsagent.

Kind Regards

Chris

Hi Chris

Kirsten is currently off poorly. I apologise, I thought our phone call
yesterday provided an update. We have not been responding by email to BT
customers, as we expect them to be blocked.

As you know, the newspapers are generating on our website and being emailed
out. The fault is somewhere in the BT system. I know their engineers are
looking into it as a matter of urgency, and you are not the only customer
affected. I will chase for an update.

Thanks
Alison

Subject: [ntnm] Missing E-Mail Titles 24 Sept 2015

Hi Kirsten

I have received the following three titles by e-mail to my BT address this
morning: Daily Post; Daily Record and International New York Times, but
nothing else at the time of writing. All three e-mails are timed at 0821
hours. I received nothing from you yesterday to my BT address, but they
came through fine to my Gmail address.

I did e-mail you yesterday asking for an update but received no reply to my
e-mail. I also contacted BT who admitted that the problem BT customers were
experiencing a week or s back had returned, i.e. all e-mail from RNIB was
being treated as Spam, and they were investigating as to why this problem
had returned.

Kind regards

Chris
