I heard on that Comerica Bank has donated $25,000 dollars to
students who are in their last year in high school or freshman year in
college. The catch is that they have to already be accepted into one of
the black colleges in Texas. The original deadline was the 13th of this
month, however, since no one applied for the scholarships, they are
extending the deadline until the 27th which is next Friday. So if you
know any student that is going to Texas to a black college, have them to
log on to blackamericaweb.com and get the information on how to apply.
If you don't know of anyone, pass this on.
Just an FYI.... So in other words, it's money out there, you have to do
some footwork on finding it.
