CLUW Leaders,
Thank you for attending the Chair and VP meeting last night. It was a
pleasure to have met you all. We accomplished so much and I believe that
this year will be great for CLUW. For those that did not make it to the
meeting, I have attached a few notes to this email. Please look them over
and respond to the team at your earliest convenience. We need to know:
If the dates and time work for youAny events that you have coming up this
year that you will need support forAny ideas that you have for CLUWAny PCI
chapters that you are affiliated with (they will be apart of CLUW also)We
are planning to have the CLUW E-Board Mixer on Saturday July 21st, 2007,
from 3pm-6pm. The tentative location is Beans-N-Bytes. A secondary location
was suggested to be buffalo wild wings. If everyone agrees, the E-Boards
need to be informed of this date so that we can have a successful event.
I ask that when you reply to emails, use the "reply to all" option so that
everyone can stay on the same page. Also, forward this email to those who
did not receive it. If you are no longer the admin leaders of your chapter,
pass this message along to your chapters 2007 President and Vice President.
