Provided you currently have Internet access at the time you are in need of help, all you need to do is give us a call at (330) 966-8097 or 800-966-8097 and when you hear the recording dial 300 which rings all phones in our office during business hours. The technician will ask you to bring up our Web Site www.NSAO.com and follow the instructions below. You will find it as a option at the bottom of the list in the top left corner of our home page (see image below, area outlined in yellow). The item is listed as Remote Support and when you click on it you will be taken to a new screen where you will click on the Encrypted Client (see image below, area outlined in yellow) The next window will pop-up and you will need to click on the button Run (outlined in yellow below) The next window will pop-up and you will need to click on the button Run (outlined in yellow below) The next window you will need to enter the password nsaoremote as one word in lower case in the area (outlined in yellow below) and then click on the button OK The window that appears now is waiting for a ID Code which will provided to you by the NSAO technician you are speaking with at the time of requesting remote support. You will enter the ID Code in the area (outlined in yellow below) and then click on the button OK After a few moments we should be able to take control of your computer and while working with you over the phone attempt to resolve your problem. We have been very successful in assisting clients all over the country using this method. After we complete the work needed the temporary program is removed from you PC and your back to normal. We can NOT reestablish the connection without repeating the whole process all over again. We are able to bill in quarter hour increments at our In-Shop rate of $65.00/Hour instead of $95.00/Hour On-Site which includes travel time and a minimum of one hour billed.. We assist several clients daily using this great time and money saving tool.
