Dear Singers,
What a great workout we had last Tuesday! Thanks so much for your patience
and fortitude as rhythmic grooves are being established for "*FIre, Fire." *I
can't wait to move into the next section of "*F,F*," and hope you have some
time to go over it.
We will meet* this Sunday, at 5* and will focus on* "F,F," "the Promise of
Living," Northern Lights," "Amor Vittorioso," and "Hold On," *(women) *Women
will have a sectional from 6:30-7*.
I'm working out which pieces are to be included on the concert program and
the following are on the loose, short list: * 1. "Northern Lights; 2. "What
if I Never Speed?" 3 The Promise of Living; 4. "Goin' Home," 5."Hold On, 5.
"You are the New Day.*
*And most probaby, 6. "Fire, Fire," 7."Prayer of the Children" and 8."Amor
Vittorioso"* (Depending how much progress is made over the next couple of
weeks.) We'd rather do five really well, than eight pieces not quite at
performance level.
We're looking to have an abbreviated performance, as a sorta' rehearsal for
the concert, *sometime mid-May*, possibly at a nursing home. Will keep you
posted.
Please know I'm available before rehearsals if you'd like a bit of extra
coaching and could also offer private sessions.

There will be opportunity for a few solos, duets, trio interspersed with
the choral songs, so if you have something you might be interested in
performing, please let me know asap.
