Depending on when we would sing, I may or may not be able to skip out of

Related story: When I lived in Cleveland, I attended the Episcopal
Cathedral church downtown, and every year there was a big running race that
ended right in front of the church during the main Sunday service. We'd
distribute water and stuff, and I remember that the dean always made sure
that one of the hymns that day was "The Race is O'er, the Battle Won". :-)
