I hope you had a great CCCamp19 those who were there!
The Cold North village area was a success, though the layout of the area was
not ideal and did not create as much interaction as in SHA camp (or maybe
that's just the way I think). The large tents kinda formed boundaries between
us, but those who appreciated noise noise blocking might have liked that. :)
The good thing is that we now have more coordination for future camps and
events, starting with the brand new wiki site:
There now also is #coldnorth channel on Freenode.
We might also now have our first Icelandic subscriber(s) on this list in wake
of CCCamp19 (excuse me if I ignored some previous subscribers, I don't really
pay attention). Their embassy was with Milliways in this camp, quite close to
us. Also there were some Estonians with .fi village and some in proximity of
Photos from Helsinki Hacklab members:
- these might be rearranged in different photo albums later
