Hello kashan,
The jvd.goblin1.com webproxy is not working anymore. So just try
another webproxy. Search for "nph-proxy.cgi", "nph-proxy.pl",
"Start Using CGIProxy", "Start browsing through this CGI-based proxy",
"WARNING: Entering non-anonymous area" or something like that with
Google, Alltheweb, Wisenut or another search engine.
