[noCensorship] localProxy slow - not!

many people have sent me email to say that localProxy is
slow. When I ask, it turns out that since they got the distribution
they haven't clicked the 'Update proxies' button once!
Ok, ok, it's on the 'Advanced' window, but sheesh ...
LP relies on it's own copy of that database being reasonably
up to date.
BTW, the latest CVS code is quite improved.
Get it if you know how.
