Hello again Wayne.

1- Yes, I am very much intrested in increasing my knowledge.
2- I live in U.A.E., so, I can't help you with KSA. anything you need to
know from U.A.E.?
3- The localproxy that I'm using is version 4.284 dated December 2, 2004.
Should I be using another version?
4- I have done the change form 10 to 1000 in the file globals.xml
    <item key="maxNrHostsPerLayer">10</item>
the number of proxies increased to 16 in layer 0 and about 14 in layer 1,
but still there is no emprovement in localproxy behavior even after keeping
it running for 24 hours continuously. and now I am getting a new message
comming up on my monitor saying something like " the redirection from this
URL is over limit".
5- Running ipconfig returned the following:
connection-specific DNS suffix: Domain_not_set.invalid
IP address: 192.168.1.64
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1
6- I downloaded from CVS the latest posted hosts.zip file and still the same
message of your hosts database is over 2 weeks old. Is there a way to
correct this?
I also downloaded from CVS all the files which were updated during the last
4 month and overwriten them over the old files but there was a problem in
starting localproxy's back end so, I had to restore the old ones and settle
with the globals.xml modification until I learn what should be done.
7- here is the section of the back end's log (at debug = 3), Please let me
know what would be your advice:
