I am asking you as I understand from

My question

Is it safe to test proxies (i.e.) a normal "check all proxies" say at start up ?
What are the tests that M Proxy does on the proxy list that we feed it with ?
For e.g. *If* I have a list of 100 proxies uploaded to M Proxy today what are
the
tests that M Proxy does on these 100 proxies ?
The reason I am asking, I **do not want complaints to my ISP ** from some web
site
owner or company DUE TO THIS proxy test done by M Proxy
Then that would totally defeat the anonymity sought for
any pointers / help / URL would be appreciated
