Hi Everyone,
I recently joined the group and wanted to introduce myself and my work briefly.
I am a PhD student at the University of Brighton, UK. My research is concerned
with leadership in the context of organisational change projects. My intention
is to examine this research topic through a dialogue between the leadership
literature and the project management literature. I draw upon practice
approaches (leadership-as-practice, projects-as-practice) and am conducting
ethnographic case studies in the private and public sectors in the UK. This
research is part of Project X, a larger initiative within the UK government.
The intent is to generate insights that can contribute towards expanding the
theory and practice of project leadership.
I look forward to joining the discussions in this email group.
Kind Regards
Dicle Kortantamer
