I would like to take a moment to thank the Northumberland Association for
Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) for posting their opinion on, and explanation of
question 1. I would also like to share it with you. The Northern Neck
Audubon Society is in agreement with NAPS, and urges a "NO" vote. Oftentimes I
find these questions to be confusing, but this link does a good job of
simplifying and explaining the issue. Please avail yourselves of the link to
