KCGC is the King Carter Golf Course, located south of Kilmarnock just off
Irvington Road. HQ is Hills Quarter, the community associated with the
golf course. NNAS is the Northern Neck Audubon Society.

No new fledges this week. The mallard mom is gone from the nesting site in
the parking lot. We are hoping that she was successful in hatching the
eggs. She has not been sighted on the ponds, but she and the little ones
may be in hiding. Four BB young were missing from one box; unknown
predation.

Here is the summary:
5 complete nests with no eggs.
Eggs: 43 in 12 boxes.
Young: 21 in 5 boxes.
Fledged: None this week.
Other: Mallard mom missing.
Chickadees fledged for the season: 10.
Tree Swallows fledged: 4.
Bluebirds fledged: 109..........Tom
