[nnasnet] James River nesting eagles

The Richmond Times-Dispatch has run a couple of articles on the James River
pair of nesting bald eagles. They have been around since the mid-90s. The
articles are by Rex Springston, the science writer for the T-D. The camera
is a live cam. No eggs have been laid, yet. Mating has occurred. The
pair is still repairing the nest. If you want to follow the developments,
