Subject: Go Wild Volunteer meeting May 3rd
Hello,
Attached is a flyer for our “Go Wild” event on May 20th. Please pass it on to
anybody that you think would be interested in attending and hopefully you and
your family will attend as well.
If you are signed up to volunteer, please attend our meeting next Thursday, May
3rd at 5:00 p.m. at the Hutchinson Tract located at 19180 Tidewater Trail,
Tapppahannock, VA. We will be going over the events of the day and meeting
with the team leads for each for each of the events.
We are still looking for items for our Silent Auction, so if you have anything
that you would like to donate, please bring it to the Hutchinson Tract next
week at 5:00 p.m. to drop it off. If that is not convenient for you, send me
an email so we can work out a delivery time.
We give out free cookies at Go Wild so if you would like to donate some cookies
you could bring them up at the meeting next Thursday, and I will get them in a
freezer to save until the “Go Wild” event. Please stay away from cookies with
nuts or peanut products. You can also bring the cookies to the event on the
20th.
Please send me your volunteer hours for April.
