Our count is from before dawn for owls and woodcocks until dusk on Sunday,
December 30, 2018. We are an old style count with long-standing birders in
each Sector so we have many of our sectors covered year after year.
That said I always have one or two sectors needing experienced folks to
make up a group for the year as folks move, go on vacation or pass away. I
coordinate the count and my husband Don compiles. I need advance notice of
who plans to come as we are not an “Open” count.
