Dan Bashore in Mollusk sends.
This early afternoon a large flock of Cedar Waxwings showed up here as
usual but earlier than usual ( maybe they heard of the Ground Hog's not
seeing his shadow); also an Osprey or what looked like one perched for a
few
seconds in one of our trees on the river bank. The Waxwings love our
many American Holly trees full of
berries.
